- Those in attendance must be registered in order to participate in conference activities such as tours, speakers, workshops, factory tours, vendor area, lunches and banquet.

This will connect you with a representative at Davenport Tractor who will assist you with online registration (Hours are: Mon. thru Fri., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sat., 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
REGISTRATION BY MAIL – PRINT REGISTRATION FORMS FROM THIS SITE
Registration forms may be printed from the Gathering web site beginning November 1, 2011. You may download a Microsoft Excel version of the form RIGHT HERE, and you can print it out and mail it in. When you print the form you will need to set the page layout of your printer to "landscape", and you will need to use 8½ x 14 paper. Not all printers are set up the same way.Your printer may automatically scale the form to print on 8½ X 11 paper. If it doesn't, you can set your computer to print the form on 8 ½ X 11 regular-size paper using the following instructions as a guide:
- Click on “Right Here” above
- When the registration form appears, click on "Print"
- Click on "Print Preview"
- In the Print Preview Screen, click on "Page Setup"
- On the Page tab, click on "Landscape"
- Click the "Fit To" button
- Next to Paper Size, select "Letter"
- Click on "Print". It should print the entire form on 8 ½ X 11 paper.
If you don't have Microsoft Excel, the form won't open for you. In that case, you may download an Adobe Reader PDF version RIGHT HERE. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can get it HERE. Once again, you will have to set the page layout on your printer to "landscape" and use 8½ x 14 paper.... OR if your computer doesn't automatically scale the form to 8 ½ X 11 regular paper, you should be able to set it as follows
- Click on “Right Here” above
- When the registration form appears, click on the Printer icon in upper left corner
- When the Print window appears, find Page Scaling and select “Shrink to a Printable Area"
- Close the window and click on Print. It should print the entire form on 8 ½ X 11 paper.

COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM - Directions
PRIMARY REGISTRANT: This person will complete the registration form and submit a single check covering the total costs for all activities selected by the registrants listed on the form. All other persons listed on the form will be cross-referenced under the name of the primary registrant. A single registration packet, to be picked up at the Check-In Desk at the conference, will be filed under the primary registrant’s name and will contain name tags and activity verification information for all persons listed on the registration form.
Instructions for the Primary Registrant:
- Print the “Gathering” Registration Form
- Provide (PRINT) all requested information (name, address, etc.) about yourself.
- Provide all requested information for others you are registering.
- Registrants do not have to be members of a tractor club to attend the Gathering.
- If any registrants are members of a club, provide the full club name for inclusion on the name badges.
- Respond to the question in the box (lower left) regarding attendance at the opening night reception.
- Use numbers in the boxes below the respective activities to indicate the quantity of the item you’re requesting, i.e. if you want two pins, enter a “2”
- Total each column at the bottom of the form and determine the grand total.
- Enclose a check payable to "Gathering of the Green", along with the registration form and mail AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to:
