"Gathering of the Green"

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE BETWEEN THE RIVER CENTER, CLARION, STEEPLEGATE & DAVENPORT INN:      Hi, I'm Meli. One of my duties as hostess of the "Gathering" web site is to keep you informed about all of the important details of the conference. A schedule has been set up for shuttle busses to take you from the hotels to the River Center and back again.       Shuttle arrivals and departures will take place at the 3rd Street Exit of the River Center and at the front lobbies of the Clarion, SteepleGate and Davenport Inn.       The first shuttle(s) each day will start at the SteepleGate Inn, proceed to the Davenport Inn and Clarion Inn, and end at the River Center. Bus(es) will then reverse the route, making continuous loops between the River Center and the three hotels each day during the times indicated below. Wednesday, March 17 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM - 1 Bus 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 1 Bus Thursday, March 18 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM - 2 Buses 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM - 1 Bus 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 1 Bus Friday, March 19 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM - 2 Buses 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM - 1 Bus 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM - 1 Bus Saturday, March 20 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM - 2 Buses 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM - 1 Bus 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM 1 Bus Please note that the ending time on the schedule is the time the last bus will depart the River Center for the two hotels.
